New Year's Eve Champagne and Canapes

Join us tonight at Marche Wine Bar in Burbank, New Year's Eve, December 31st, 2017. We are featuring Champagne Roederer, Brut Premier, NV and Opus One, 2013 by the glass. Chef Chris has two

exiting specials from the kitchen. The first is a seared jumbo scallop with truffle oil and pommes purees. The second is marisol, osetra caviar on potato blini with creme fraiche.
